Ingredients
3 Lemons
1 Litre of water
4 Tb spoons Sugar

Method
Heat the 4 Tablespoons of sugar with 5 table spoons of water in a saucepan and make a syrup.

Remove the zest and the pith from the lemons, place the fruit and the zest in a blender and discard the pith.

Place the Lemon, the zest and the litre of water in a blender and blitz.

After all of the sugar has dissolved pour the syrup into the blender and blitz once more.

Then pour the lemonade into a bottle and set to chill.
