Very simple one here.

1 Punnet of Raspberries (aprox. 175g)
3 Tbs icing sugar.

1. Blitz the raspberries in a blender.

2. Strain through sieve into a bowl and mix in the icing sugar.

Note: you don’t have to sieve the raspberries, I do because the seeds get stuck in my teeth..

That’s it!
